End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of license

Tryouts grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Tryouts web application solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms.

All rights, title, and interest in the Tryouts platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, remain exclusively with Tryouts. Nothing in this EULA transfers any IP rights to you.

4. Updates

Tryouts may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect existing functionality.

5. User-generated content & video deletion

You retain all rights to content you upload. You grant Tryouts a license to store, display, transcribe, summarize via AI, and process your content to deliver the service.

Video recordings and full transcripts submitted as part of a tryout will be automatically and permanently deleted 14 days after the relevant tryout's deadline. The AI-generated written profile summary may be retained by the organizer.

The platform integrates third-party services that process your data, including:

Use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the service.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Tryouts makes no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

Tryouts' total liability under this EULA shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
